Having trouble Viewing the Tour?

GoodDealVirtualTour.com uses the Adobe Flash viewer (V8.0 and above) to showcase its virtual tours. If you are having trouble seeing the tour or simply have a blank screen, it is likely that you are either using an older version of the Flash player or that Flash isn’t installed on your computer. To ensure that you have Flash working properly, follow the instructions below:

  • Make sure you have all popup blockers disabled. At the top of the page you will see a button that says “xx blocked,” with the number of popups your browser has blocked. Click on the button until it says, “Popups okay.” If this does not solve your viewing problem, please continue to step 2.
  • to check which version of Flash you have installed. You will see a box that says, “You have version x,x,xxx,x installed. You must have version 8.0 or above to view the tours correctly. If you have a version lower than 8.0, please continue to step 3.
  • You can download the latest Flash player for your computer by . You do not need to install the Yahoo! Toolbar. You only need to install the flash player. You will see a message stating that Flash was installed properly and a Flash animation will play at the top left corner of the page.  You now should be able to properly view the tour.
  • If Flash is still not working properly, to go to the Adobe site. There you will find trouble shooting information and step-by-step instructions to resolve the problem.
  • If you’ve done steps 1-4 and still can’t view the tour, please call our Customer Support Team Monday-Saturday from 8am –7pm and we’ll do our best to help!
